Activating your game is very easy:

  • Go to and log in with your player details.
  • Click on ‘My Account’ on the top right-hand side.
  • On the following page you’ll see a list of your purchased games. Just click on the game you wish to re-install and click ‘Download’.
  • Launch the game from the desktop.
  • In the first screen please click ‘Back to start’.
  • In the following screen you should see the option ‘Play the game’ or, in cases where you’ve bought the game, the option ‘I have already bought the game’ to activate it.

If you’re missing a game from your list, you may have bought it using a different e-mail and/or player account. Please contact our Costumer Support Team with those details and we’ll link your game to the correct account.
