How can I change my subscription details?

You can change your subscription period, your personal details, and your payment details as follows:

Change subscription period:
If for example, you wish to change your subscription period to 3 months or a year, you first need to cancel your current subscription. It will expire at the end of the agreed period. When the subscription has expired, you can re-subscribe to FunTicket and choose the subscription period you'd like to have.

You can cancel your subscription at any time, up until two days before the end of your subscription period. The subscription will expire at the end of the agreed subscription period.

Change personal details:
You can always change your personal information. Log in to our website with your login name/email address and password. Click "My Account" in the upper right corner. For security reasons, you will need to log in again before you can change your personal details.

Change payment details:
You can change your payment details through "My Account" as well. Log in to our website with your login name/email address and password. Click "My Account" in the upper right corner. Scroll down to your FunTicket details, and click on "change payment details". For security reasons, you will need to log in again before you can change your payment details.
