I reset my password, but I still can't sign in.

If you have recently changed your password or email address and are still unable sign in, then it is likely the old details are being stored in your browser. Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue:

  • Sign out of your Zylom account from the website.
  • Also sign out from the game window.
  • Uncheck the 'Remember Me' box in the game window.
  • Clear your browsing data/cache. For steps specific to the browser you're using, please click here.

Once you've followed the steps above, you can now sign back into your Zylom account with your current login name or email address and password.
