I am unable to select any options in the game.

If you're unable to change the game options, the most likely cause will be your computer settings. We recommend our games be played with a high resolution and color quality. Follow the links below to see how you can change these settings in the Windows version on your computer.

Windows Vista and Windows 7
Windows 8

Windows Vista and Windows 7
1) Click the Start menu in the lower left-hand corner of your screen and go to 'Control Panel'.
2) Click 'Adjust screen resolution' under the 'Appearance and Personalization' section.
3) Change the 'Resolution' to the highest possible setting using the slider (slide up).



4) Open the 'Advanced Settings' (in the same window).
5) Go to the 'Adapter' tab and click 'List All Modes'.
6) Here you see all color mode settings. Choose the highest possible setting (1280 by 1024, True Color (32 bit), 75 Hertz) and click 'OK'.
7) Click 'OK' to go back to the 'Screen Resolution' window and click 'OK' again to apply the changes.
8) Restart the game to make sure the new settings apply.



Windows 8
1) Move your cursor to the right-hand side of the screen to open the Search-box and type in 'Control Panel'.
2) Click in the search results in 'Control Panel'.
3) Under 'Appearance and Personalization', click on 'Adjust screen resolution'.
4) Change 'Resolution' to the highest possible setting using the slider (slide up).
