I receive a message stating my login name already exists when I try to subscribe to FunPass. What should I do?

It could be that you're creating a new account while subscribing, but you can simply log in with your existing account to order FunPass. Visit our website and click "Log in" in the upper right corner. Enter your login name/email address and password. Click on the pink "FunPass" tab in the upper right corner and try to subscribe once more.
