The game is asking for an activation code but I have not received an e-mail with the code

We have changed the activation process a few years ago. If you are asked for an activation code, you have installed an old version of the game that will not function correctly. Therefore please follow these steps to activate your game:

  1. Remove the game. You can remove a game by choosing 'Programs and Features' in your Control Panel. You will see the game displayed in the list of programs. Select it and click 'Uninstall'.
  2. Please go to www.zylom.com and log in with your player details. Click on 'My Account' at the top right hand side. On the following page you see a list of your purchased games. Just click on the game you wish to re-install and click 'Download'.
  3. Should you be missing a game in this list, you possibly bought it with a different e-mail and/or player account. Please contact us with these details and we will be able link your game to your correct account.
  4. Once the game is installed, activate it with your player name (or alternatively e-mail address) and password that you used to log into your account.
