I'm unable to log in. What should I do?

Please make sure you're using the correct login name and password combination. You can also log in with your email address instead of your login name.

Login name forgotten
Go to 'Log in', click 'Forgotten your login name?' and enter the email address you used to register. We'll then send you an email with your login name. You can now go back to 'Log in' and use this name to login.

Password forgotten
Go to 'Log in', click 'Forgotten your password?' and enter the email address you used to register. We'll then send you an email with a link. Click the link in the email to reset your password. A page will open with the option to create a new password.

Email address forgotten
If you don't know the email address you used to register, or if you have a new email address, we cannot send you the correct login info. If you don't have a subscription and you've never bought a game, please register again and choose a new login name. If you have a FunPass or previously bought games linked to your account then don't create a new account, instead please contact our Customer Support Team. Please mention your old email address and your login name in the email, as well as an order number or payment reference.

If you are absolutely certain you are using the correct details to log in and are still shown an error message, please try the following:
1) Please remove your Cookies/Temporary Internet Files from your computer:

  • If you use Internet Explorer you can do this in 'Tools' - 'Delete Browsing History'.
  • If you use Mozilla Firefox click on 'Tools', then 'Options'. Select 'Privacy' and in the 'Cookies' panel, click on Show Cookies. Click the 'Remove All Cookies' button.
  • If you are using Google Chrome, click on the menu tab on the upper right-hand side of the browser window. Select 'History and recent tabs' and click on the 'History' button at the top. This opens a new window. Click 'Clear browsing data' on this new window. Check 'Cookies and other site and plugin data' in the pop-up, and click 'Clear browsing data' one more time at the bottom.
  • 2) Afterwards, please close your internet browser.
    3) Restart your internet browser again, go to www.zylom.com and click on 'Log out' on the right hand side of the top of the page.
    4) Afterwards click on 'Log in' and log in with your login name and password.
