I cancelled but you charged me again

Running subscriptions and free trials have to be cancelled 2 days before the renewal date. If you did not cancel in time, our system will have already forwarded the payment collection to your bank/credit card provider. Your cancellation will apply to the following month and your FunPass will finish then. Should you have cancelled in time before the renewal date, but were still charged, then please forward the cancellation confirmation email you received and explain the situation to our Customer Support Team via our contact form or send an email to support@zylom.com and our dedicated team will look into the matter to find a satisfying solution for you.
