I have reinstalled the game I purchased. How do I activate it?

The games you buy are yours to keep. As such, you can simply download and reactivate the game again if you reinstall Windows or buy a new computer. Please note that if you download games using a FunPass you do not own the games, you just rent them.

Please follow these instructions to activate a reinstalled game:
1) Log in to the Zylom website and go to 'My Account'. Please no longer try reinstalling games from a CD, since this activation process has been changed a few years ago and will not work.
2) Scroll down to the 'Games I've bought' section. Here you can find a complete list of games that you've purchased.
3) Click on the 'Download now' button next to the game you would like to play again.

To check your computer's System Information, please follow the instructions for your current Windows version.

Windows Vista and Windows 7
Windows 8

We always strive to make our games compatible with the latest version of Windows and iOS. Unfortunately, with very old games we cannot always guarantee the game will work. Furthermore, if you have a different operating system on your new computer (e.g. you buy an Apple/Mac computer instead of a Windows-based computer, or you install a newer Windows version than you used to have), it's possible the game will no longer work. When in doubt, please try the demo version of a game first, before purchasing it. Log in with your email address or user name and password. If you get an error message it might help to clear your internet cache and try again. Please contact Customer Support if the problem persists.
