I'm getting an error message that I have to buy the game again, but I've already bought it

Please ensure that you are using the same player account that you used when you registered the game. Log in to our website and go to 'My Account'. Under purchased games you can download it again. Start the game again and click on I HAVE ALREADY BOUGHT THE GAME. Run the activation process. You may have to enter the player name or alternatively the e-mail address and password you used to register the game.
