My game was not activated immediately after purchase.

Once we receive your order we activate the game immediately. If we don't receive payment the game will be locked until a payment is processed. After you installed the game, start it by double-clicking it on your desktop. Click on 'I already bought the game'. Next, simply enter your player name and password to activate the game. This will allow you to access the game while we process your payment. Once the payment has been processed, you no longer need to carry out the steps and the game is permanently activated on your computer.
