How can I change my subscription details?

You can change your subscription type and personal details as follows:

Change subscription type
We recently introduced a new 1-month FunPass plan, which is affordable for everyone. You can cancel this subscription every month. If you have another subscription and you want more information about how to switch to this new subscription, please send an email to our Customer Support Team and they will help you switch to the new 1-month FunPass at the end of your current subscription. You can also send our Customer Support Team an email if you want to switch to this new subscription, but pay yearly instead of monthly.

Change personal details
You can always change your personal information. Log in on our website with your login name or email address and password. Click 'My Account' in the upper right corner. For security reasons, you will need to log in again before you can change your personal details.

Changing your payment details
You can always easily and quickly change your payment details. Please follow the steps on this page.
