The game says I can only play a limited amount of minutes, but I have FunPass. Why is this?

You need to be logged in with your login name or email address and password you used to order FunPass. If you don't know your login name, email address and/or password please click here for more information.

Please follow these steps to use your FunPass:
1) Start the game you'd like to play.
2) If you see a login screen please continue to step 3. If you see the start screen below click on 'I already have FunPass' at the bottom of the screen.



3) Enter the login name or email address and password you used to order FunPass and click on 'Log in'.



4) You're now able to play the full version of the game with no restrictions.

PLEASE NOTE:
If you still have issues playing the game with your FunPass account then check in 'My Account' whether your FunPass is still active. If you have an active FunPass, a 'My FunPass' section is displayed in the 'My Account' page. If your FunPass is no longer active you need to re-subscribe to FunPass. If your FunPass is still active then please contact our Customer Support Team. They will try to help you within 1 working day.
