I'm a FunPass player, and I keep receiving an error message that my user name/password cannot be found.

Please ensure that you are using the correct details. Try reentering them manually again, should they be filled in automatically.

  1. Should this not help, please remove your Cookies/Temporary Internet Files from your computer:
    • If you use Internet Explorer you can do this in 'Tools - Delete Browsing History'.
    • If you use Mozilla Firefox click on 'Tools', then 'Options'. Select 'Privacy' and in the 'Cookies' panel, click on 'Show Cookies'. Click on the 'Remove All Cookies' button.
  2. Afterwards, please close your internet browser.
  3. Start the game again using the shortcut on your desktop.
  4. Click on: I HAVE FUNPASS
  5. Now enter your player details again manually.
