What should I do if I need to reinstall Windows or buy a new computer?

Your FunTicket subscription is linked to your Zylom login account, not to your computer. So it travels with you if you need to reinstall Windows or buy a new computer. Make sure to login with your FunTicket login name/email address and password to see your subscription details and active FunTickets.

If you want to reinstall games you've bought with FunTickets or with your 30% member discount, you can follow these steps:

  1. Download the game from this page.
  2. Install the game on your computer and then start it.
  3. Click on I'VE ALREADY BOUGHT THE GAME.
  4. Log in with your FunTicket login name/email address and password.
  5. Click "continue" and your game will be activated immediately.

Please note: if you have a different operating system on your new computer (e.g. you buy an Apple/Mac computer instead of a Windows-based computer, or you install a newer Windows version than you used to have), it's possible that the game won't work.

We can't guarantee that games work on other operating systems than the ones we mention in the system requirements of a game. So make sure to always check the requirements on the info page of a game.
